Go to the App Store
1) Tap the App Store button on your phone to open the app store
2) Search imo or imo instant messenger in the search bar at the top of the screen
3) Select imo instant messenger by Viber Media, Inc. from the list of results
4) Tap GET to download it
5) Open your newly downloaded app and login with your existing account credentials or create a new one 6) You’re all set! Once you’re logged in, tap the + icon to add people to your contact list.
You can invite contacts that are also using IMO to chat in real time. Simply tap their name and select Add as Contact.
All your conversations will be saved under recent chats so you can find them easily later.
One thing we love about IMO is that we can make voice calls too – just start a chat with someone, then tap the Voice Call icon next to their profile picture. There’s no need for any additional apps – just use IMO to make voice calls anytime, anywhere!

The first step to downloading imo is to search the App Store for it. Once you find it, click the Free button, which will take you to a page where you can download the app. Once you get to the page, click Install and then enter your Apple ID password when prompted.
From there, all that’s left is to give the app permission to access your contacts if you’re signed into iCloud or on a social network that supports Imo such as Facebook or WeChat. If you want to be able to sign in using your phone number rather than an email address, choose Sign in using phone number from the list of options under Connect with account.
You’ll have 30 days from when you install the app to continue conversations later by going through Settings > iMessage & FaceTime > Message + FaceTime Apps > Add New apps. If you’re not happy with Imo after 30 days, delete it from Settings > iMessage & FaceTime > Message + FaceTime Apps and move on!
Tap Get next to the imo app icon
1) Download the imo app from the App Store or Play Store.
2) Enter your phone number to create an account, or use your existing contact list if you have one set up already.
3) Select your contacts who you want to chat with and then tap on the Start a call button in the app’s main screen. You’ll be able to see when they are available and you can either text them or start the video call.
4) Now it’s time for some quality face-to-face time!
5) When your chat is done, make sure that you turn off the app so that battery isn’t wasted on idle usage.
6) Don’t forget that you need good internet connection to use this service.
7) If the person you’re chatting with doesn’t have a data plan, do not worry because there is still Wi-Fi calling option on most carriers.

3) Open the + icon on your contact list, then select Video Call.
4) Select a contact from your contact list or enter their phone number to start a video call.
